We offer Free UK shipping on all orders over £50.00
Orders are generally dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped by either Royal Mail tracked 48 or by courier with tracking.
Alternatively we welcome viewing and collection ( by prior arrangement ) from Strathmiglo KY14 7QG
This shipping options and fees vary according to total weight and measurement of the item. We advise you to group your items in one order to combine the shipping cost. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
We use recycled packaging whenever possible. Recycling and reusing is an important factor in reducing the impact of the environment.
Some of our gifts are unsuitable for shipping due to the size or fragility. This will be clearly stated on the product page.
NO QUIBBLE 30 DAY RETURNS :
We offer a 30 day " No Quibble Return "
However if 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we will be unable to offer a refund.

To be eligible for a refund we request that the product is unused, unworn and in the same condition it was received and must have all original tags and in the original packaging.
When we receive the return, after inspection, we will process your claim and advise you if this has been approved or rejected.
If the claim has been approved, we will process the refund back to the initial payment method within five working days.
In the unlikely event you have received a damaged item, we will refund the shipping cost plus the additional shipping cost to return the item.
Our refund policy will only extend to full price items, sale / discounted items are non returnable.
