Formed in May 2015 by Beth Wilson, Saorsa Fair Trade is a small family business in Fife, Scotland, aimed at bringing people high-quality, unique items and gifts. We stock exciting, useful items from stylish clothing and accessories to homeware and beauty products. We also provide a range of wonderful gifts that are unique, interesting, and engaging.
At the same time, despite sourcing goods that are not generally found in high street stores, we are 100% committed to sourcing and supplying these items fairly. As a committed Fair Trade business, we ensure that every Fair Trade and Ethical item we sell has been procured only from Fair Trade suppliers who are as committed to these ideals as we are.

Although we stock a small selection of non-Fair Trade products, we endeavour to ensure that these are ethically produced. We only work with producers and suppliers who can show us that they meet the high standards we set, so that we know every product we sell – whether accredited by Fair Trade or otherwise – provides the best quality for the buyer and the best returns for the creator.
This helps you to know that you are buying unique, often exotic goods you may not find elsewhere in the UK. At the same time, you understand that you are helping by giving the artisan of these goods the Fair Trade experience. This means better compensation for their efforts and more money returning to the artisan communities, to enable them to provide the unique goods stocked within Saorsa Fair Trade.
